The user's survey results can be entered though a mobile phone or via the web.
Swift runs on the Symbian operating system meaning that it can be deployed on a wide range of handsets, from low cost units to the higher end smart phones. It uses the phones internet connection to upload the results of the surveys.
Surveys are in a functional question-and-answer style and are displayed in full English text. The user can even go back and change their answers if they entered something incorrectly.
Once a survey is complete the results are sent within seconds to the reporting website. From this site, you can view results in a CSV format, view dashboards, edit results, create new results, or even create new surveys.
The reporting website also lets you make your own reports from filtering on a selection of questions. You can print directly from the report for ease of use.
Matador Swift also boasts a number of optional bolt-on additions to suit your requirements including email alerts and issue ticketing, customised reporting and real-time dashboards.
