SMR7 allows users to save report configurations as a favourite and have them automatically pushed to their inbox.

SMR7 allows you to configure rule base observers which monitor inbound visit data in real time and trigger configurable actions and alerts. Dynamic Store Visits
SMR7 allows you to selectively include or exclude reporting modules, products and questions from a store visit by a range of criteria including a store's location, chain and type. You can configure cycles with products and questions masked in and out by date range, and can automatically range products based on third party EPOS scan data.

SMR7 includes a rich palette of response types including text, numeric, currency, multi-choice, slider and more. There's media responses including photographs, signatures, voice recording and jpeg image viewing. We include conditional and required question flags and undertake numeric range validation to prevent decimal point data input errors.
Connected Workforce
SMR7 provides an efficient store log to quickly enter timestamped contact and telephone notes including photographs. Administrators can send messages to single users or groups of users and the handheld application can dynamically download contextual data including visit instructions, configurable store options and stock order values.
Visit Scheduling & Compliance
SMR7 allows you to plan your recurring visits by repeating calendar cycles or explicit date list. You can configure a grace margin to undertake late visits and be notified when a visit has been missed. Users can extensively filter and sort their store list and optionally manage their own visit schedule directly from the handheld.
Geocoding
Rotate the handheld to landscape orientation to display the current store locations on a map. Geocode new visits and photos on creation to ratify your user is at the correct store. Review a compliance report detailing late and out-of location store visits.
